Files not opening

Occasionally, I'll open F360 to work on a design to find the file inaccessible to me. It's listed in my recent work, but all I get is a spinning icon. Sometimes, this goes on for hours. I've come up with a work-around by keeping a copy on my desktop. But I failed to do that yesterday and the file I need simply will not open. Any ideas? Any help will be appreciated.

Try switching to Offline mode and see if it'll open then switch back to online.
