Files are stuck in upload for days with no progress

Hello,

I have multiple files (52) stuck in upload that have been there for days with no progress.  I archived and deleted the project to try and get rid of them but that did not work. I have also tried in offline mode with no luck and cleared my cache. 

This screenshot was taken while in offline mode.  The system is still trying to upload the files.  Any ideas?

@dibenchr Not sure when you got into this mode (could have been any place with slower internet) but even now is your Fusion running in offline mode?
