File stuck in "My Editable Documents"

I am using the personal version of Fusion which has the limited document limit.
There is a file that constantly shows as in my editable documents within the Fusion Application, and when I try to interact with it in any way none of my documents can be interacted with afterwards.

I am not able to right click to delete or anything for this file. The file also does not exist within the Fusion web portal in any location that I can find.

This file is being identified by Fusion as a file that is one of my 10 editable projects.

I'd like some way to be able to remove this.

Hi @Morrroww,

For the "ghost" document, did you by chance archive the project where it was stored?

There is a known issue where archived documents will still appear in the 'My Editable Documents' folder when they shouldn't. We have a fix ready in an upcoming release, so this won't happen going forward.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a workaround that can be done in the meantime.
Edit: If the document is in an archived project one you could try the following:

  1. "punch out" to Fusion Team (in the Data Panel > Click the 'open on web' icon, the globe with an eye)
  2. Go to the Archived tab > Restore the project
  3. In the data panel toggle it from Editable to Read-Only
  4. Delete the file or archive the project again

Hope this helps,

It was a deleted document that is causing this problem.

While in the web portal, there is no obvious option to view any kind of archive.
I do have a trash folder I can view, but that's it.
