File Open NX parts

I am using F360 on a M1 chipset. In large has been working fine for me. I just tried using the File upload (NX parts). They upload to the web interface just fine, I can view them in the web browser and the CAD appears correct. However I cannot open/insert them in F360 subsequently. I also tried opening them from my computer. The documentation leads me to believe this should be very straightforward. I am using the hobbyist license so not sure if this is a license issue, M1 chipset issue, or outright F360 issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

NX file translation is not offered as a part of the Personal license.  See:  Fusion-360-Free-License-Changes for more details.
