OK this one was really messing with my head earlier because I thought I had duplicate files. Last month I renamed a file from BG110 to BG118. In the browser it shows up as BG118 however when I open the file it shows up as BG110. This much I can handle but the worst part about it, in files where it is referenced it still shows up as BG110. This is very confusing.
