File marked as in use when it actually isn't.

I got one document / design which is marked as in use when in fact it isn't. 

Fusion program or teams hub says it is in use by me and 1 another user.

a) It isn't in use by me
b) There is no other users who could possibly use it.

I want to get rid of it, any ideas? Only this 1 file is having this issue.
