File lost...

It pops up in My Recent Data for a second but is not selectable:

This is the file I'm looking for:

Screen Shot 2021-03-30 at 8.58.03 AM.png

I did not delete it. It's not anywhere in myhub.autodesk360.com. Not in any folder I've created, archive, or trash bin.

I moved it (along with a few other files at the same exact time that I am still able to locate) from All Projects > Work to All Projects > Work > Old

I'd ask where the recovery files are saved in MacOS but ya that's broken as well despite being enabled in my settings.

Hi @FrodoLoggins ,

Can you login to A360 and check if your file still exists in the hub?

Hi @FrodoLoggins,

Do you mind sending up the complete log files?
Help -> Support & Diagnostics ->Diagnostics log files. This will generate a zip file that you can upload.
