Hello,

I was working on a project and after saving and exiting the project was corrupted. I am unable to open the document, I keep receiving an error message 'Could not open file, Error opening file! the current operation will be aborted'. I really need help accessing this document. The Diagnostics log is attached below.

Thank you

Hello,

The file has 56 versions, I cannot export the file because of the error messages (cannot open). The link I provided gives you access to the project https://a360.co/320NNTg. I do not know of any other way I can share the file.

Thanks,

Samson

Dear @Anonymous

Thanks for giving access. Sorry to say this but in the initial investigation from the version V51 to V56 of file found to be corrupt. The good news is that during initial investigation its been found that v50 is good and can be opened successfully.

Do you mind to promote version v50 back and rework for missing data loss?

Do you remember any operations you have performed after V50 before saving to V51?

Just to inform you file corruption investigation may takes longer time and even after complete investigation cannot guarantee of all the data as there are chances of data loss. So this is quick workaround for you, if you are okay with it.

Hello,

I am okay with the quick fix, I still remember all the operations after v50. In the future how can I avoid the corruption of my files, what causes it?

Thanks,

Samson

Dear @Anonymous

Thanks for Co-operation with workaround suggested. Please promote version V50 and make a copy of that so that you will be having backup of that. could you help us by trying to perform operation on the promoted version and try to reproduce the issue?  If it gets reproducible again then please share the detailed steps or video of steps.
