Failure to move a ratchet

I'm doing movement tests and a simple ratchet design I am not able to do. Because of the way fusion moves the components, it doesn't respect the contact set, could it be a program error or is it my error? Attached the fusion file and a video

No. I have written to support to change the type of license, but they have not been able to solve it. Should have a hobby license

You will find the Contact Set functionality to be rather weak in Fusion 360, especially if you have multiple joints participating.  I restricted one of your Revolve joints and you now can get pretty good contact set motion. Take a look at the Screencast.  Model with a different name is attached.
