Failed to switch from "Expired subscription - read only" to educational license

Hello,

I have trouble switching from an expired trail to my education license that is associated with my account on Fusion 360. When I login onto the Autodesk website, it confirms that my educational license is valid until October 9, 2021.

Logging in and out of Fusion doesn't resolve the issue.

I have contacted Autodesk support and they advised me to do a clean uninstall of the software and re-install it. To do this, I followed all the steps from this page:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall

As this didn't work, I tried following the steps from this website:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

I have also tried running the automatic clean uninstall software from here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Unfortunately, none of these resolved my issue.

Thus, I'd like to ask, if someone could help me resolve this issue.

Many thanks,

Viliam

I would also like to add that installing Fusion 360 on a different computer yields to the same error.

Yes, I just built a new PC and installed Fusion360 and it gives me the same error even though my hobbyist account is active.

Any resolutions?
