Failed to solve error when changing parameters

Hello,

I tried a parametric spur gear design for learning purposes.

When I try to change the parameters [module, teeth] I get a lot of Failed to solve errors about constraints like tangent, coincident and some calculations. I have no idea why as I'm fairly new to CAD.

Thank you!

Initial clue, blue lines and parameters, generally don’t mix.  Fully Define as you build the sketch.  Sketch mirrors can be replaced by solid mirrors.

May not get to the file for a while, yet.

Might help...

Not going profess to know what you are doing,

I think you had point 2 here, coincident to point 1, but I replaced your involute curve with my own to make the sketch work as expected, module and teeth count, work here for me.

Hey @davebYYPCU, thank you so much! Your first replay got me on the right path but I still wasn't able to make it work all the way. I was able to make it work without the mirror step but once I mirrored the involute I got the errors back.

I got my model working now, after a sneak peak at your model :).

Thank you for your time!
