Failed to reinstall Fusion 360

Hi,

multiple times i tried to reinstall Fusion 360 after at first an update failed.

The error i get is connected to _ssl.c:1059. A streamer.logfile is attached.

Thanks for your help, i realy appreciate it.

Hi,

did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL?

Hi Günter,

thanks for your fast response.

i did not use CLEAN UNINSTAL when i uninstalled it the first time. I just now ran it, but it did not make any diffrence now. Unfortunatly i have still the same issue.

Hi,

try this:

1. create a new user account (WIN / Mac)

2. install Fusion there, start F with „old“ Fusion account.

HI Guenther,

you are right. I was able to install Fusion 360 with another Win 10 user account.

 

Is this the only way to fix it?I would prefer to have my apps all working in my User account.
