Failed to dowload file!

Hello,

I have a big problem with this assembly file. I am not able to open it anymore. Not even an older version it. They all failed to dowload. I can see the desing in the Fusion online hub, but can not dowload it as fusion3d extension. I could dowloaded as step file, but neverthless when I open it in Fusion it still throws the same error "failed to dowload problem".

Since i had a files stucked in upload I cleared the Q folder and UploadQueuedFileList as mentioned at this link https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fil....

This is an import file for me. I do not understand why all of the sudden I can not open it anymore. Plus if it is in the online server why I can not simple download it again?

@alessiol Would it be possible for you to invite me (raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com)into that project to see what could be happening? It looks like the request is failing to connect to our backend and we are not aware of any service degradation.

Thank you very much for reaching to me. Apparently this morning the same design decided to uploaded just fine. Not sure what was going the past 2 days. I will keep it monitoring and if I have still problem I will let you know.
