Fail when export to STL

Every time I try to export a file to STL I get a FAIL It’s happened 4 times in a row now. I tried turning it off and rebooting. It’s just not working today. Any suggestions it’s not a very big file

Hi @bpfoldesi ,

 

Sorry to see that you're facing this problem, Few of the customers are facing this issue.

We are not able to reproduce this crash so not sure what is causing the problem. Perhaps it may be related to specific hardware you have, that we do not.

 
If you can remember, Can you confirm what was the last export path? Was it on network drive or a local folder that is no longer available?
 

We are tracking this internally with ticket FUS-80381

The only two solutions I found is keep trying and eventually it translates
to an STL file in a matter of seconds. sign out Sign back in that usually
works the first time. I haven’t had any issues until today.

good morning, same problem for me too, when I go to work on a folder from my pc, maybe I want to upload a picture in F360 or I want to export a file in .stl, 10/15 seconds and everything crashes, I follow your treahd to understand, thanks for your help

If the problem's no dialog being shown, this will be for any import export you can try the fix in this post.
