Faces selection

I would like to know, is that possible to make faces selection (no manually or with brush) in fusion 360 from close view to the model.
I don't see any way to do this other than distance from the model and click to "model free" space and make selection what is very uncomfortable when we are dealing with small objects...

I attached a video here that it will be clearer to understand what I mean.

You could try touching 1,2 or 3 on your keyboard to try one of the other selection methods.  You can also try to hold down your left mouse button and drag left to right for a window and right to left for a crossing.  Window is everything inside the box, crossing is everything inside the box AND anything touched by the window.

Thank you for answer, but I think you haven't looked ad the video and read my message carefully.

I know all you said! But i'm speaking about different things.
"Click and drag" to create "selection box" DOESN'T WORK in my case, because it DOESN'T WORK when you start to select by clicking on the model!
You need to start to select by clicking on "model free" space and only after that you drag "for creating selection box".
Please you can check it yourself.

I do not think what you propose is not possibly in Fusion 360.  In you video, you have selected all the faces of the body simply by selecting the body in the browser.  You can then hold the Ctrl key and add or remove an faces you desire in that body or any other.  You can also left click and hold on top of a boy and then select the Parents tab and select the entire body from there.  I do this in the attached Screencast.

Thank you, but again, you haven't understood what I ment.
Let me show another example:
As you can see I need selet ONLY holes and its chamfers (inner chamfers as well)!
I CAN"T HIDE any parts, becouse all geometry IS ONE OBJETCT!
I am interested only in "CLICK AND DRAG" to create "SELECTION BOX"  method FROM THIS VEW - WHEN I SEE ALL ELEMENTS VERY CLOSE AS ON THE RIGHT PICTURE!
I am not interested to select all these faces MANUALLY or by BRUSH etc!

screen.jpgBOX"  method)!

As I said, the operation you desire is not available in Fusion 360.

Can you give me a link to where I can write this as an "IDEA"?
