Yes, I am very frustrated - I paid money, got the confirm email, and all the trial does is ask me to buy ANOTHER subscription and won't let me use it.

There is no licensing input screen, there is nothing except: 'SUBSCRIBE!'

How the blazes am I to use this software!?

And, no, I don't want to learn about classic subscription management vs. being an SSO or a... etc.

Hi @Anonymous

I had a look at your license, it seems to be applied correctly (though I will note it looks like you may have accidentally purchased a second license, you can create a case here with the licensing team).  Are you still getting an error message in Fusion after you sign in? If so, what is it?

Cheers,

Karina

Thanks for asking!

Well, after two hours I got a SECOND email that said: Your Autodesk Order is Ready.

Bizarre.

It had a subscription number in it, and a link to 'Access Account'

That made it all work.

But, in my thrashing around like a stupid fish on a hook, I bought a second subscription! (stupid me!)

Anyway, F360 works now, but I'm now trying to get Autodesk to refund the second $60 subscription.

🙂

But, that's over in Billing, not Tech Support, so I'm not sure you can help with that one.

🙂

The entire trial/expired/buy a subscription is rather poorly set up as a UI.

But, utodesk has a LOT of different things going on each day!

🙂

It's all fixed now - Sales called and got everything straightened out.

I was very happy with their service, and when th survey email came in I wanted to respond to it, but it came into my 'Junk E-mail' box aqnd when I moved it to 'Inbox' to click on the link, Outlook was put off by the 4217-character link (all those tracking codes really upset it it's tummy).

Hi there,

I paid for the subscription, but still on day 3 it says "Expired- Read only"  in the program. I need to simply have my paid subscription working.

I have tried everything.

1.  I have deleted the trial program from my computer and re installed from the confirmation email multiple times.-  even reset my **** computer.
2.  I have ensured I'm using the right log in - and that the product subscribed in my products section and have downloaded from this link with no positive results
3.  I have followed the link and process from the free trial to subscription troubleshooting page without positive results.

I do appreciate any help as I am on a tight deadline for a project and although made a ticket - havent heard anything from anyone... Autodesk truely needs to get a 24/7 help line .. its irresponsible of them to not have it.
