F360 still stealing focus every time internet connection changes or a tool is left open

MacOS - it is 2 years later and we are still dealing with F360 stealing focus and CPU/GPU every time the internet connection has changed or goes offline. We don't need a focus stealing popup dialog every time the application can't contact the mother ship. An application should NEVER steal focus from other applications - this is UI design 101.
Same thing happens if a tool dialog is left open. F360 steals focus from whatever application is running and modally warns that autosave can't operate because a tool dialog open. This happens until the dialog is closed and the tool is cancelled. More crap UI design that should have gone out the door with Windows 3.11
Senior members of the AD F360 team stepped in almost a year ago to assure us that these issues were being seriously looked at and would be fixed... crickets and in fact, we have more "popups" on startup with various advertising of one sort or another.
Both MacOS and Windows have NOTIFICATION AREAS and INTERFACES for exactly this purpose. Why does F360 steal focus and use modal dialogs and not use the preferred interfaces that 99.99% of other software vendors use? This should be a simple fix or the user should be afforded the option to turn this crap off.
