F360 Render background issue.

Hi.

When I put the HDR image in the background, it looks like this picture. The HDR file looks good in other tutorials and itself in the website (Shanghai riverside from  PolyHaven). I try to change ground escale, to move it, to rotate and other changes with the same result. I tried too other HDR files with the sane result.

What happened? I google a lot and didn't find nothing about this.

That screenshot is way to small and your verbal description too unspecific to determine a root cause.

Hello. Thanks for your answer. In the attached image, you can see that the background is blurred. It's like when you take a photo with the lens open, rotate the camera 360 degrees horizontally and then close the lens. It should be the background that I mentioned in the 1st post. I don't know if that's how I explained it.

When I import that HDRI it looks perfectly fine and on par with the image provided on Polyhaven. I use HDRIS from Polyhaven regularly and have not come across this issue.

Could you create a screencast of your entire workflow ?

You want a video of how I put the background on the render?

Yep, the complete workflow. It sounds silly, but there must be a reason this looks different on my end ...

There are two things that seemingly have nothing to do with inserting an image but I would make sure that they are taken care of before continuing:

1. You have an update pending, so I' first update Fusion 360 before doing anything  else.

2. The document you are working in is read only. And that message is staring you in the face right on top of the screen!.

So you need to deactivate one of your 10 documents, so you can create and save a new one.

Hi, I know it. But I cannot update the f360 cause I must update the OS of the Mac, and I cannot do it cause other programs that I have. The read only is cause I try a new project only to put the background. If I try in a normal project (not read only), the result when  I put the background is the same. I try other things and I think that the problem is the Mac, It has no enough graphics to render it. 2.4ghz intelcore i5,  8gb ddr3 RAM, Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB. What do you think about? Its enough to render? Thanks a lot for your help.

I would say this is a combination of all of what you describe. Without being able to update the OS, you're stuck!
