F360 error when opening (openGL)

Hello,

A coworker of mine has issues with F360. generally speaking he has to open F360 3-4 times before it allows him access.

the first several times he opens it it gives him error

"Failed to create OpenGL context for format QSurfaceFormat(Version 2.0, options QFlags<QSurfaceFormat::FormatOption>0, depthBufferSize - 1, stencilBufferSize 8.....)"

it then says to install a driver providing OpenGL 2.0 or higher, or check for some .dll files that are supposedly in a location listed as PATH.

I checked his drivers best i can they appear to be current. HP doesnt even show drivers for his version of OS so im not too sure what to do. his F360 worked fine before but this has been an on going problem.. figured maybe it is F360 to blame and not his computer.

any thoughts?

What is the Operating System of this problem computer, you did not say?  You may be able to get away from the OpenGL issue by setting Fusion 360 to use a different graphics type by the setting in your Preferences.

Do not go to HP for the drivers, go to the Manufacturer of the video card or chip.  If it is an integrated graphic chip, normally these are Intel so go to their site.  It has a good detection and update routine.

I changed graphic driver in preferences of fusion so far so good.

Intels routine told me it was not a compatible machine and said to go to HP. thats how i got there in the first place
