Steps to reproduce
After deleting some of my user created libraries (made for testing), they continue to show in the Library manager.
I cannot change them to "Not in use"
I cannot "Remove from view"
I cannot "Edit library"
Searching the Forums - nothing to date has helped.

Expected results
I expect F360 to sync, update and remove deleted libraries from view.

Actual results

03/04/2023 Solved my self!

After much searching and reading I found a work arrounds from other postings and joined them together.

My steps were: -

Step 1 : Export all my custom libraries (just in case something went amis) from the pull down menu

Step 2: Delete my custom libraries. Cross my fingers and hope all will be ok  .....

Step 3: Import my custom libraries using File Open....(No pull down for Import library!)

This purges libraries of all previous history including deleted items.

Step 4: Relaunched Fusion360

Step 5: Go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\<userid>\lbr

Step 6: Delete libraries.db  (I renamed it in case I need to restore it)

Step 7: Re-launched Fusion360

Step 8: Open my custom library and open library manager. Filter for souce as Fusion Team and select "in use"

Step 9: Watch and wait as the ghost libraies synchronise with the spinning blue cog and ....after a while they all dissapear leaving just my up to date libraries

Step 10 : Celebarate !
