F360 Crashes on Startup

Hi, I'm using F360 on a 2017 3.4Ghz Quadcore iMac running MacOS 12.6.9.

 

I experienced some significant instability and frequent hanging this week prior to the latest update and since the update, F360 and the Service Utility just crash on startup. I don't get a F360 crash report, just Apple.

 

Please advise.

@williams.devauden To start with is it possible to do a repair of Fusion 360 and see if that helps?

1. Close Fusion 
2. restart Mac
3. Go to Launch pad - Fusion service utility
4. Run the Repair Fusion

Does this help? 

Also if there are any pending macOS updates, please update them as well.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have tried all of the above several times. The big problem is that the Fusion Service Utility also crashes with the same Apple errors as F360 when I try and launch it from Launchpad, so I can't repair the F360 installation. Regards David

1. Are there pending macOS updates?
2. If you Go into launch Pad and select Uninstall Fusion/ reinstall Fusion does that help?

Hi, thanks again for your response. All Mac OS upgrades have been applied. I think that the last F360 update didn't properly complete and has somehow corrupted the installation. 

I'll try uninstall / reinstall.
