F360 archive export failing and job queue is now stuck

I've tried to export my designs as "f3z" files and the export usually fails and also gets stuck in the Job Status Queue. The jobs never clear. The only way I can remedy the clog is my fully uninstalling F360 and reinstalling it. However, I'm somewhat tired of doing this. I'm running the latest F360 on MacOS 10.14.16. Please see the enclosed screen captures showing the Job Status clog...

The "OLED badge v100 v53" has been stuck for a day and it's not moving. It was a f3z export...

Then "linkage v121r35.f3z" failed with a warning... 

I'm not having good lucky exporting these days.

Hey @charegb , can you take a look at this one? There are a few others on the forum update spreadsheet that look like they might be related.

Hi @teknoel ,

Could you please try entering below text command (Make sure all the fusion data is saved and uploaded to the cloud)

CloudFileStore.ClearFileCache

and try exporting the .f3z format.

Let me know if this works.

There are 3 ways to export a Fusion 360 file.

1. From Fusion 360
   • File>Export your *.f3z
2. From A360.
   • 
3. From Fusion 360
   • Right click on file and "Share Public Link"
