Hi @technical8CQ82,

Thank you for posting!

I am sorry to hear about the issue. I had a look at the crash reports you have submitted and found that they are associated with a known issue. (the defect ID is UP-31743 just for your reference)

The development team is currently working on the issue right now and I will post an update as soon as I have one.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

I just found out that if I have Gsync enabled, it will stutter when orbiting. It is very noticeable with a 3d mouse. I do not crash however. I have an FPS counter enabled and it drops to a low 30fps as well after the stutter. If I click out of the program onto my second screen, If I hover back over a sketch, it doesn't drop at all. Nothing in diagnostics or display performance will fix. It was hard to search for this and just found out on my own by enabling and disabling nvidia settings using the control panel. I think I might be able to create a profile for fusion to disable. Looking for the program to create the profile isn't straight forward. Now that it's disabled, It is a dream to use fusion with 144hz 2k monitor.

Can confirm that disabling gsync resolves low fps / framerate issues. If I create a new file, open a sketch, create a line, and mouse over / hover over that line, FPS would drop to 30. Moving mouse away for 5 seconds, back to 165fps. Easily repeatable. To disable:

Right click on desktop -> nvidia control panel

Manage 3d settings

Program settings tab

Select autodesk fusion360

under "Monitor Technology" select fixed framerate

I now enjoy 165fps editing and it is immensely better. I suggest autodesk buys some nice g-sync / freesync monitors for their engineers and fix the root issue.

I had to revisit this as I upgraded my computer. It is incredibly unusable. Good thing I remember this issue lol.

I've also changed the Vsync in the nvidia control panel to fast, with highest refresh rate. I think it has the least tearing.
I found out how to make my monitor run at 165hz. Just had to make it a main monitor.. 🙂
