Extrude Bug? Item selection gets reset

Hello, I'm having issues with extruding. I've created a sketch and have already extruded out certain portions, but realized I need to go back and make it longer. When I click on the extrude in the history and then click finish, the selection gets reset from the 279 items down to 4. 

I did put everything into one sketch so that's why there's so many selections, but it's still annoying how I have to reselect them all again.

Hi,

I didn't see the same problem with your file. But I did see something that should help you greatly.

The array of lines that cross the model divides the circular regions. This is why you have so many profiles. But it doesn't appear that these lines are used in the extrusions.

Have you tried using the construction line-type for the horizontal lines? This will reduce the profiles to only the circles.
