Extra faces added during fillet and can't seem to delete them

I have a model that I made in fusion that somewhere during the process extra faces got added to a fillet. I dont know how to fix them and the workflow isnt entirely there anymore.

obj file is worthless for diagnostic purposes.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
