Exporting Flat pattern to DXF Error

Im getting unknown error when i try to export flat pattern to DXF. This is happening randomly.

This part has sketch imported from ACAD for example. Im trying to avoid a need to manually  change all the splines to poli-lines for laser cutting. That is why im using F360 work around.

That is better. Did you use 0.5mm value for poli line? 

Measuring the line lengths on curves  i see the lines could be much shorter.

Could you use 0.1 value for poli line.   

Did the export from file work without the problems?

Are you using commercial license of Fusion or are you using free personal license?

Have you done this on previous Fusion 360 files (export flat patter and polyline dxf)?

I managed to make it work some how. It looks like the sketch had some problematic lines and blocks in it.

I have a commercial (paid) version. I use sheet metal functionality of F3600 a lot. I do DXF exports every day, but there comes a part from time to time that F360 doesnt like it, so it crashes or shows an error.

F360 is still acting up. When i export plat pattern of this part i get some mismatched lines in DXF. 

I believe there was an update to F360 between previous post and this

For the love of god I cant export flat pattern for this part. I always get the lines all over the place.

Could you try to export flat pattern again with poli-lines set at 0.1mm.
