Exported .f3d design is corrupted

Hello, i have a file worked offline and saved in my PC with export funtion from Fusion 360,it seems that last time i exported the file i had a problem and now the file will not open anymore, i think the export was faulty, is there any way to recover the file or to open it in other software that accept .f3d files in order to have my design back or part of it ? i tried to upload to the online library of fusion with other admin projects but it will show upload failed .
