Exportation of my document in FBX doesn't work

Hello, I've been trying to solve my problem for 2 hours now but it's not working. My issue is this: exporting my Fusion documents to FBX or OBJ isn't functioning. On the task status page, the document status shows as failed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software, recreated the model in another document, tried debugging the software, but nothing works. Could you please help me?
