Export to .stl Slowly Fails

Ever since my education account was reactivated, my exports to .stl are very slow. Today they take about an hour to process even the simplest design and then just tag a Failed onto the end of the progress box. See screen shot. Any ideas ? Thanks.

Can you use Save As Mesh from the browser instead?

Looks like you have a warning about maintenance. Could be why you're having problems.

I checked the link for system outages and there were none. It's happened to me before recently. It's still happening now, hours into the attempt.

I'm not familiar with mesh and don't want to open another can of worms. I've always used stl files don't understand why it's not working

Uhm, Mesh is stl (by default, there are other types - but the default is stl.)

The local translation is faster than the cloud translation.

The STL mesh exported from the cloud are usually quite course. You have more control if you use Save As Mesh and the export is almost instant!

You can preview before export and have the option to save to STL or other formats.
