Export to stl for printig fails

Hello, maybe you can help me....

I am very confused. Exporting 3D files to STL has worked fine for me all the years. Yesterday I exported a file via "Utilities / Send to Printer". This worked in the morning. Then I changed something in the model and wanted to print it again. The model is sent to the slicer in STL format without any problems. However, when I want to print from the slicer, printing no longer starts. The Printer doesn't heat up. I can still slice and print older STL. Only newly generated files fail to print. Not even very simple cuboids.

My workaround is now to use the following method: "File / Export --> Save STL file - load into slicer and print. Unfortunately, I feel that the STL export is more crude than via the print menu.
Is it possible that something has been changed in the export/print function?

Thanks for your help in advance! Merry X-mas and a Happy new year!

Uli

Hi, @ulidFB42H

I would take the following steps

I would reinstall the Slicer available on your computer. And so I would try again to perform these integration steps with Fusion 360 as you are used to!

Another alternative and very efficient would be to develop your own 3D Printing space using the FFF Manufacturing space available in Fusion 360 so you will generate simulations and print settings in Fusio 360 itself and in the end you will have your file in .gcode

I hope these informations can help you in something.

Greetings and a great end of the year!

Hi to all!
Thanks for your quick answers!

@TheCADWhisperer  yes! This solution works also for me. I found it after research yesterday by myself. THANK YOU anyway!

@lucasliraAU : your solution sounds great. Is there any howto for your suggestion online?

Best wishes to all!
