Hello there,

The customer wants our 3D model in DWG or DXF file but I have trouble exporting it without breaking it apart.

Is there any way around it without much hustle?

I tried one of my assemblies, which has sub-assemblies, and it broke up the sub-assemblies from the main model.  I then derived it out into another file and exported it.  This did the trick and kept all components together.  Give it a try and see if it gets you over your issue until it is fixed.

Hi! You may try exporting it to SAT file. Then import it back to AutoCAD using ACISIN.

Many thanks!
