Export f3z file fails every time

Hi,

I have a large file with many components. For about a month now I have not been able to export this file as a f3z. I have tried both exporting both in the desktop and web version. When I try in the web version the blue bar gets right to the end but then I get a failure message. From the web version, the email link to download never arrives. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Only time i've had problems my email provider was putting the emails straight into my spam folder and I didn't see them. Are other exports from the web working?

I can export a STEP file from the desktop, I'll try on the web.
