Since yesterday a read button showed up in Fusion saying “Expired: Subscribe Now”. It seems like my student subscription has expired and that I need to renew it to be able to export and save files and work in fusion. When I click the button and try to renew my educational license won’t work. It says that they have problem with the feature right now and that I should come back later. I am the only one in my class having the problem. I thought the auto desk website is down but I don’t know. I have tried the official troubleshooting

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Exp... but it still won’t work. What can I do?

Good day @li5214ol-s,

Have the others in your class gotten the same error and then managed to renew their student licenses or haven't they gotten the error at all?

They haven’t gotten the error at all, so that’s weird

Probably has something to do with the timeline of your student subscription.

Have you tried to sign up from scratch using the same email address?

Yes I tried that but my student e-mail is already used for another account.

In that case, you will probably need someone from Adsk to check the licensing on their end.

Yes, today I also have the problem that I can’t even get in contact with
the licensing website.

Dear Autodesk Fusion 360 supporters, it would be great if this student's login/license issue could be looked at soon, there are other students in our education experiencing the same problems, and they are in a Fusion 360 for beginners course with a deliverables deadline just days away.

Much appreciated!
