Hi there
Today I got a hint to Subscribe Now. If I follow this link and to what suggested no change arises. Still have the same message. What to do?

Hi @HarrySatt , Hi @FrodoLoggins ,
I hope you're both well. I'm trying to find out who can help you get this sorted.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
HI
something changed. Now I see that my FUSION360 is expiring in 29 days. That is better than before but as you can see in my former post FUSION360 should expire end next year. Curious.

Hi Everyone,
There was a reported problem with educational entitlements and they have corrected it. Could everyone who is running on this try restarting Fusion 360 and let me know if you continue to have into problems.
Best Regards,
I'm having a similar issue after purchasing my subscription. I had to "upgrade" from a start up license and purchase a full subscription. I am now not able to use my projects that I need to run my business. I need help resolving this also.
Hi @Anonymous Hi @WhiteRoomSkis ,
I hope you're both well. @Anonymous The student/hobbiest version needs to be renewed every so often. If it expires don't worry you won't lose your data (that tends to be the biggest concern). I'm going to ask what the best approach to renew is for you.
@WhiteRoomSkis go to manage.autodesk.com and login with your autodesk account. There you can log a support ticket to get attention as fast as possible.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
Hi @HarrySatt ,
I hope you're doing well. I thought this had already been solved for you. I'm sorry.
The best thing to do right now is to go to manage.autodesk.com and start a support ticket. They'll get you to the appropriate team. If you haven't heard anything in 24 hours let me know and I'll see if I can hunt them down.
Best Regards,
I have contacted as suggested but no reaction and no change in behaviour. Sorry. Seems that I am out in 8 days.
Regards, Harald
I had a chat with one guy from support and hope now this will be solved. He told me me that I am IT ADMIN but I really do not know how I got that. As far as I remember I did not require IT ADMIN. I only want educator and private/maker. See transcript below:

Snehakshi P: Thanks for contacting Autodesk. My name is Snehakshi and I’ll be helping you today.
Let me review the information you provided—I’ll be with you in just a moment.
Snehakshi P: Hi.. How can I assist you today?
Harald Sattmann: HI
Harald Sattmann: I have a problem with my accoutn. FUSION360 tells me that it will expire in 8 days. What can I do about this?
Harald Sattmann: harald.sattmann@meduniwien.ac.at
Snehakshi P: thank you and let me check your account status. Please wait.
Harald Sattmann: harald.Sattmann@aon.at
Snehakshi P: which one is associated with Fusion?
Harald Sattmann: both
Harald Sattmann: one educational and one privat
Snehakshi P: okay
Snehakshi P: harald.sattmann@meduniwien.ac.at this account is registered as an ITADMIN
Harald Sattmann: Ok. What does this mean?
Snehakshi P: harald.Sattmann@aon.at this account is also
Snehakshi P: Fusion 360 is cloud base product and it is access only for student/Educator user type to activate the product. It is not activated link another multi-seat license. Each student/educator needs to create account with Autodesk Education community for access to Fusion 360. IT Admin does not have access to use the Fusion 360 education version product with IT admin user type account.
Harald Sattmann: But what does this mean? I only want harald.sattmann@meduniwien.ac.at and harald.sattmann@aon.at working.
Harald Sattmann: What do I have to do?
Harald Sattmann: I do not know what IT admin means nor how I have granted that.
Snehakshi P: You need Fusion 360?
Harald Sattmann: Hi what? I am working with FUSION360 since years.
Snehakshi P: Are you an Educator?
Harald Sattmann: yes.
Harald Sattmann: Since a lot of years. Was always working this FUSION360
Snehakshi P: Then confirm us, we will reset your account
Snehakshi P: May be mistakenly you have registered your account as an ITADMIN
Harald Sattmann: How to register as IT ADMIN? Do not know
Harald Sattmann: I am confirming you
Snehakshi P: we will reset your account then you will be able to register as an Educator
Harald Sattmann: What means reseting my account?
Harald Sattmann: Data lost or what
Snehakshi P: no
Harald Sattmann: so please reset
Snehakshi P: You will be able to register as an Educator
Snehakshi P: It will take time ... We will forward this to our respective team to update the records. We will update you once we get confirmation from them.
Harald Sattmann: When?
Harald Sattmann: and harald.sattmann@aon.at my private account?
Snehakshi P: We will reset both the account
Harald Sattmann: Thank you
Snehakshi P: welcome
Harald Sattmann: Over and out.
Hi @Anonymous,
I hope you're doing well. Do the same thing Harald did, open a support ticket or use the Fusion 360 chat.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
As you can see in one of my posts I had a chat with the support but nothing changed. I now have 7 days left. For what ever reason I had IT-MANAGER I do not know.
Seems that I have to leave Autodesk. Lets see.
Regards, Harald
Hi @HarrySatt , Hi @Anonymous
I hope you're both well. I've reached out to one of the EMEA teams to see if they can look into this.
