Expired Hobby License Problem

Ive been away for a bit (don't ask) and my hobbyist license has expired. If I use the link in the application to renew, it wants me to renew an education license which I don't think I have nor am I qualified for. Using that link anyway leads me to a registration page and after filling out the form the download button is dead and there's no place for me to go from there. If i just come into the site from scratch, not via the app, I can get a fresh down load but there's a clear message that says if you've already installed the app renew from there. I simply downloaded it again and I can reinstall from scratch but I think that's not what Autodesk wants.

I suspect what's wrong is that I used another Autodesk product as part of an Arduino on-line class and maybe I'm registered as an edu user? In any case, I can just uninstall/reinstall but I don't want to foul the registration system.

Thoughts?

Thanks....glenn

The main thing you need to realize is the fact that the Fusion 360 Hobbyist License does not exist anymore.  The four types of licenses available are listed below.  Fusion 360 for Startups, which may be the closest in your mind to what you had, you have to apply for.  Fusion 360 Personal License is probably what Autodesk thinks you should use if you do not want to purchase a subscription.  Take a look at this page.
