Experiencing program freezing / Crashing when in Manufacturing CAM

Hi all,

I hope you can help recently we have been experiencing freezing / Crashing of Fusion 360 when opening files that contain CAM when switching from Model to Manufacturing the program freezes then then crashes there are no error messages or recovery files.

I am able to open file quickly I can quickly right-click the CAM setup folder and delete all of the CAM.

I would like to troubleshoot the CAM program but I am unable to do this before the program crashes so I am wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and can offer some help?

In total we have 3 licenses 2 being used in production and one in the office I am thinking this maybe an issue with one of the production PC’s tool library maybe?  I am also replacing one of the PC’s in production in January because its running Windows 7 the other two PC are running Windows 10 its should be noted this file crashes all 3 PC’s when you try and open it and examine the CAM.

I have attached an export Fusion 360 file if you wish to try it.  Please be aware this will likely crash your Fusion 360.

I can reproduce this as well. I think the issue is your In-Process Stock, which is turned on by default. You can turn it off here:

Fwiw, it has been fixed in an internal build, so it will make it's way to the customers in the future
