Event Simulation: Element Deletion is MISSING

There used to be a checkpoint for Element Deletion, but for some reason, I can not access it anymore. Any idea?

I have created custom Material with Nonlinear properties. I thought this Might be the issue, but I have tried using other materials as well, no luck...

Element Deletion Criteria selection has been moved to the Setup Ribbon as we added a few enhancements to it.
