Errors during download.

Hi folks,

down loaded the 'not for commercial use' version and observed eerors as it progressed, did complete though.

Started on a design and things were just abit 'hinky'...could be me still?

So, went for a clean un-install and tried againg but still got errors towards the end of down loading?

See attached, what else can I do?

Well, things just go from bad to worse...

Now I can't log on? I can access Fusion Team, I can sign in to the Health Dashboard and all green bar...Revit Live.

I've tried deleting the file in...C:\Users\CPuckett\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options, it's empty.

This has come about from previous issues, so I tried a clean install and now it's worse?

Any solutions?

Hi,

try another method:

1. create a new user on your system (WIN/MAC) and install Fusion

2. start FUSION with the known account
