I can not open my student access 360. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the program 3times!! Still, it is showing error! Can anyone here help me with this, please?
Here is a relevant article that addresses this same situation. I have found multiple reports of this in our system, and it seems that this solution worked for those users. I would reiterate the importance of making sure the uninstall is a proper clean uninstall.
