error while loading Fusion360

An error occurs while loading Fusion360, asks for a password and mail.

logs show a lot of permission errors like below: 

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\YOUR USER NAME\\AppData\\Local\\Autodesk\\webdeploy\\production\\0ec90c869b21f403f5768041793dee229e647b5c\\Chronicle.dll'

Are there any updates or new anti-virus that you installed? Any changes to proxy servers?

Антивирус обновленный, было ещё обновление компьютера

Today the update was loaded to 35% then everything was reset again
