I am trying to use the 14 day trial for Simulation but as receiving the following error. Now I will not be able to understand if this is a feature that will be valuable for our company.

Error : autodesk explicit license expired dec 31,2022.

But I am certain my product has not expired...

Hi @danielpJQHLZ

Could you please take a screenshot of what error you are receiving?

You can try to go through those general Autodesk steps or those F360 specific steps to see if any of it helps solving the issue.

Hope it helps in any way.

Happy New Year!

See attached screen shot. I have Fusions 360 and opted in for the 14 day trail of simulation. For some reason now I am getting this error. When I contacted support I got a very vague answer about having two subscriptions (doesnt seem correct). The trail should last till Jan 11.
