Error Report and crash every time I try to open or save!?!?!

Exactly what the title says. Every time I try to open or save anything I get the Error Report window. I tried doing a clean uninstall and reinstall, to no avail. What could be going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated since this basically renders F360 totally useless.

Thanks,

Art

@Art5 Are you submitting the error reports? I tried looking for one in our backend but could not find any with your email ID. Do you mind posting a report ID that you get when you receive a crash report?

Also can you check to see if there are any pending graphics update on your machine?

I have been submitting the error reports, the fusion seat is under a work email. It just keeps referring me to this article (Opening file dialog causes crash with various Autodesk products on some Dell PCs) which doesn't help. PC says it's up to date.

Here's the latest error id:

Error ID: 314489803

It will currently save fusion files and open fusion files within the fusion workspace, but I can't open anything from my computer or export anything without crashing.

@Art5 Just to confirm, did you follow this to ensure that the solution listed here did not work?

I will reach out to our engineering team and we may need some more information from your machine if the above did not work.

This solution appears to be specific to AutoCAD. Just to be clear, I'm having this issue with Fusion 360, not AutoCAD.

@Art5 Understood. It is the same root cause for both the products. Hence we attached this to the Fusion product as well.

I see. Renaming the DBR files as outlined in the link you provided seems to have solved this issue. Thanks!
