I am getting the dreaded "... sufficient data not found ..." error, before Fusion crashes out.
I have been trying to diagnose this for weeks.
I have tried all the solutions (multiple times) on the Knowledge Network articles, such as:
- reinstallation (including on a clean machine), for both Windows 10 and Windows 11 dev build.
- clearing the cache folders
- checking ports
- firewalls
- flushing the DNS
- trying on multiple machines
- and on multiple networks including tethering to my mobile data.
I've also been through numerous posts on this forum, where I did find some new things to try, such as:
- setting launch compatibility mode
- checking that the service is active (using this link), which it is active
- checking what I assume is an auth access token (at this link), which replied as failed with error code AUTH-006
- and I have checked the local machine Autodesk web services log which is also hinting at failed authentications.
To top this off, when trying to log into myhub.autodesk360.com it gives me an error "Invalid GUID. Could not identify oxygen user for [BLANKED CODE HERE]". I've added the bit about the blanked code, in case this was unique to my account.
I'm hoping the above might help an Autodesk support member provide some further assistance, particularly regarding the inability to sign into the myhub site.
Thanks.
