Error Opening File - Corrupt Fusion Project

I have now had this happen to a few of my Fusion projects:

I am unable to open the versions in which I have added tool paths.

I am able to open the older version prior to beginning the tool pathing.

I get this error when trying to open:

"Could not open file

Error opening file! The current operation will be aborted. "

I have tried clearing the cache and restarting Fusion, no difference.

Fusion is up-to-date.
