Error moving projects to teams. Issues creating a team. Project limit now exceeded on a start up license.

I'm facing multiple issues that started after the outage the other day. During the outage, I was prompted to create a team so I did thinking the outage was a new feature / reorg AutoDesk was doing. I can see this team on my Fusion Dashboard but when I click it I get the following error screen:
Thinking I needed to start over I went to the "myhub" website to try again. I can get to the team creation area and see the team I created but it's grayed out and shows and says expired:
Ok, so I figured I'd try to create a new team with a unique name but I get this error:
Back in the Fusion 360 app itself I figured I'd try to use the "create or join" team link. Unfortunately, I can't do this because the the pop-up within Fusion 360 disappears after the "setting up Fusion team" window. I have also tried logging in and out as well as clearing local cache.
I can no long create any new projects on my start up license, so this is greatly impacting my ability to work.
Something is obviously very wrong with my account and I believe it was caused by whatever outage we all experienced the other day. I did search for this issue and see others have it but the solutions provided I have tried and do not fix this issue.
