I have been using my laptop for occasional use of Fusion 360 but recently I have got the above error message in the data panel. There is an option to work off line but when I take that it says "insufficient data"

I have found a similar issue reported on the forum and have tried all of the following with no success:-

  1. When the data panel is not displaying does refreshing its display have any affect? e.g. F5 on Windows or Command + R on the Mac The messages disappears but the egg timer keeps going
  2. Clearing cache files: In Fusion go to "?" menu then Clear user cache data. This will clear existing local cache files and then restart Fusion. Does this help? No difference
  3. Are there any proxy servers being used? VPN? NO
  4. If a firewall or antivirus is being used try turning it off and relaunching Fusion to see if it has any affect. Both switched off but no change
  5. And just to confirm there's no problems with the projects/files can you try connecting to your hub via a web browser and check the accessibility of the files? Go to www.autodesk.com and sign in to A360. Are the projects/files listed? YES Can you access file info for the files e.g. comments, renderings, versions, etc.? YES and All works well on my desktop computer
  6. Have you recently installed any hardware or other applications regardless of whether or not they use the internet? NO
  7. Can you send us the diagnostic log files? You can generate these within Fusion by clicking "?" > Diagnostic Log Files. YES attached
  8. Finally, has this always been a problem or started just recently? Just started

Hi,

Please take a look at this article: Fusion 360 won't launch, error "Errno 11001" in installation log

Thanks Ryan, That worked. I had uninstalled and reinstalled Fusion before but I used the windows uninstall function so I think the Fusion Uninstall Tool must have done the trick.

Thanks again
