Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel. Possible win7 problem?

before I go and purchase win10 can someone look at this file and see if they are getting the same error in CAM. the drilling operation works but not contour. I tried "edit and compare" but nothing jumped out. It seems this might be a problem with me running Win7 but I haven't had this problem before. Many thanks in advance!

Yep, Windows 7. There was a thread a month or so ago about Win7 no longer being supported (It's been a year since official support ended).
