Error installing Fusion 360.

Can you check if you meet the system requirements for Fusion 360 especially the operating system? 

Have you tried to Cleanly uninstall and reinstalling with the admin rights Fusion 360 desktop app?
How to perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk Fusion 360
