Windows 10 system. Usually I solve simulations locally (basic static sims), but I wanted to try the buckling simulation feature. I checked that the part correctly meshes and pre-check says the part is sufficiently constrained. But when trying to run the simulation (which requires using the cloud option), I get Error: failed to schedule cloud solve.
I tried it a second time with somewhat modified constraints in case that was an issue. Second attempt received the same error. What creates this error? There isn't enough information to figure out what else to change if there is an issue with the structure (a revolved shape like a cup) or load conditions (constrained lip, applied pressure to cup base to see what it takes to make the walls buckle). It also seems like the simulation should take in a range of loads, not a single load value, to determine buckling. So is this simulation feature just not well defined?
Further disappointing is that this used up 30 cloud credits (2 attempts). If it is simply that the cloud resource wasn't available, it should not deduct credits from my account.
