error downloading

I am trying to download the program after having to uninstall it and it is not allowing me. Keeps popping up an error saying it is running in multiple places and that the anti-virus software (that is not on the computer) is keeping it from downloading. Help please.

@neb76pearson Can we start with a simple restart of the machine if that has not been done already? If that does not help, are you having problem actually downloading the installer or installing the product?
